Actress Amy Brenneman and her husband director Brad Silberling closed on 155 Pond View Farm Road in West Tisbury, Martha's Vineyard this week. The closing price for the waterfront 5 bedroom home located on the Tisbury Great Pond was $4,300,000.
Michael J. Fox Sells Vineyard Home To Bruins' Neely
Long time Martha's Vineyard seasonal residents, Michael J. Fox and his wife Tracy Pollan, sold their home located at 4 Windy Hill Rd. in Aquinnah to Boston Bruins' Cam Neely. The $2,350,000 transaction was completed yesterday, November 1st. Does this mean the Foxes are leaving the Vineyard?
